Corumway. warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the Corumway product will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period set forth in the “Warranty Period” section below. We guarantee that there will be no.
This warranty statement states Corumway’s complete and exclusive warranty obligations. We do not accept any other liability in connection with the sale of our products.
Consumer purchaser that the Corumway product will be free from defects
Corumway products are warranted for 12 months. In either case, the warranty period is measured from the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. Proof of original consumer purchase or other suitable documentation is required to verify the warranty start date.
Corumway will replace (at Corumway’s expense) any Corumway product that fails due to a defect in workmanship or materials during the applicable warranty period. The replacement will assume the remaining warranty of the original product.
Limited to original consumer purchasers
Corumway product warranties are limited to the original purchaser and are not transferable to subsequent owners.
Corumway’s warranty does not apply to:
Used for abuse, abuse, alteration, accidental damage, or for purposes other than normal consumer use as permitted by the current Corumway product literature.
・Attempted repair by a non-authorized facility
・Items purchased from online auction site.
Corumway’s warranty does not apply to battery cells unless the battery cells are fully charged within 7 days of product purchase and then charged at least once every 6 months.

However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days. Once we have received the product and verified its validity, we will refund the full purchase price.

To return a product under our 30-day return policy, please ensure the following:
You purchased a product directly from corumway.com. Contact Corumway to initiate the return process within 30 days of the original shipping date. Products must be returned in original packaging with all materials included, in new or like-new condition, and accompanied by a return authorization number.
Delayed or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first. If you pay by credit card, the product will be credited to your account as soon as the product arrives at our company. Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before you are officially notified of your refund. Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is issued. Return and Refund Policy

Products individually configured or branded to customer specifications.
Products purchased from third-party retail partners.
An RMA (Return Material Authorization) number is required to return an item. Corumway will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Please contact us by phone or email to obtain an RMA form.
Product return flow
1. Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
All returns require an RMA number in order to process the return. For assistance, contact Corumway at email@example.com.
2. Write the RMA number on the shipping label on the outside of the package.
The RMA number must be on the return label for each package returned to Corumway.
Please do not write the RMA number on the physical box. Packages without an RMA number on the return label may not be accepted by the warehouse.
